1. Services Provided

We provide travel planning and itinerary design services, including personalized recommendations for destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities.

We do not sell travel services or packages and do not act as a travel agency.

2. No Travel Agency Relationship

We are a travel planning and consulting service only. We do not:

  • Book flights, hotels, tours, or transportation on behalf of clients

  • Collect payments for third-party travel providers

  • Act as an agent or intermediary for suppliers

All bookings are made directly by the client with third-party providers.

3. Client Responsibility

Clients are solely responsible for:

  • Making all reservations and payments

  • Reviewing travel documents and requirements (passport, visa, vaccinations, etc.)

  • Verifying accuracy of all travel details before booking

  • Purchasing travel insurance (strongly recommended)

4. Payments & Pricing

  • All pricing is provided in EUROS

  • Payment is required as outlined at the time of booking (e.g., full payment or deposit)

  • Work begins only after payment is received

  • All payments are non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise stated

5. Delivery of Services

Turnaround time for itinerary delivery will be communicated at booking and depends on trip complexity. Delays may occur if client information is incomplete or late.

6. Revisions

Packages may include a set number of revisions. Additional changes may incur extra fees.

7. No Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Changes in pricing, availability, or schedules by third-party providers

  • Cancellations, delays, accidents, injuries, or losses during travel

  • Acts of nature, strikes, pandemics, or other force majeure events

All travel is undertaken at the client’s own risk.

8. Travel Information Disclaimer

All recommendations are based on publicly available information at the time of planning. Travel conditions (pricing, availability, entry requirements) may change without notice.

9. Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of our services, all itinerary planning fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

10. Intellectual Property

All itineraries, guides, and materials provided are for personal use only and may not be copied, resold, or distributed without written permission.
